Beyond the Vines Ground-breaking

News Release

(CHICAGO, IL) September 8, 2008 – The ground-breaking ceremony for Beyond the Vines, an interment area patterned after

the famous center field wall at Wrigley Field, will take place on September 12, 2008 at 10:01 AM. The ceremony will take place

at the BNC, an historical cemetery, located at 5255 North Pulaski (at Foster).

The Beyond the Vines wall will be 35’ in length and 14’ tall adorned with Ivy, featuring a 7’ x 4’ stained glass scoreboard ---

and most importantly, your loved-ones urns. Construction of the tribute, and its 280 eternal luxury sky boxes, will be completed

in late October 2008.

“Since the AP story broke and was picked up on the wires, we’ve been inundated with inquiries… worldwide.”

said Dennis Mascari, CEO of Fans Forever Inc. “I’m trying to transform the bereavement experience so people are at more

ease with their loved ones final resting place.” Reservations are now being accepted for current and future urn holders. T

he pre-planning program locks in the current price for future needs. Packages will start as low as $1300.

Deluxe package will include a Cubs urn, licensed by Major League Baseball™ (MLB) and manufactured by Eternal Image.

Licensed Cubs memorial name plates will be making their debut at the ground-breaking. The brass plates with the Cubs

logo will identify sky box season ticket holders. A baseball-card style plaque with a photo of the departed and their stats,

such as favorite Cubs player and most memorable game, will also be unveiled. “The plaques will provide a common ground

to those visiting their loved ones. Even non-residents of Beyond the Vines can purchase a plaque for placement on our

Great Wall of Frame.” Mascari said.

Some of the guests attending the event will include - Doug Banks, host of "The Doug Banks Show" on ABC Radio Network

and a contributor on “190 North" on ABC 7 Chicago. Doug will be taping a segment which will air on an October broadcast.

Also attending will be the 39th Ward Alderman, Margaret Laurino. The “Half and Half Choir”, an energetic group of Cubs fans,

well into their 80’s, who will perform “Take Me Out to The Ballgame.”

     Articles regarding Beyond the Vines have been featured in the major Chicago newspapers and National publications such as;

USA Today, Washington Post, ESPN, CNN, Sports Illustrated, Los Angeles Times, amongst others. Mascari has also been

interviewed on Fox News in the Morning, CBS 2, NBC 5 News, Comcast SportsNet, 670 The Score, WLS, WGN Radio, Q101,
